if you dont want to pay anything, just give them the name now. otherwise, you will have to pay if you get a lawyer to write up your response to the WIPO suit.

read other WIPO cases, do your research, present the facts, use the single panel selection, and you can present a professional, accurate and viable defense without an attorney. As the saying goes, if you want a job done right, do it yourself. It can easily cost you nothing, and you can win. RacerX has succeeded and so can you.

Draqon is dead wrong. It costs you nothing to write your own response. No lawyer required. And as Racer said you can do it yourself and win. I have seen and participated in just such cases.

actually draqon is not wrong, he is never wrong. he said "you will have to pay IF you get a lawyer to write up your response to the WIPO suit." I never even discussed the possibility of him writing his own WIPO response. Its certainly doable, but not recommended for someone unless they have lots of time and are fighting for a valuable domain.
