What perjury??? You have seen the dirt under the carpet on this forum by victims of this corrupt system more times than the stomach can take. The evidence is all here. If any lawyer wants to prove the case, all he needs is to browse/search this forum.

We have Verisign on the record on February 15, 2002:

http://www.icann.org/bucharest/vgrs-wls-responses-15feb02.pdf

"registry load is no longer an issue. The multiple pools and rate
limiting technology have solved that problem." (answer to B.2)

"Registry load should not be a criterion for determining the proper
course of action regarding deleted domain name registrations." (answer to B.3)

Then let me ask you, why do some so-called registrars exist when they don't actively advertise, don't open their RRP to anybody but exclusive customers.

Many ICANN Registrars have been created only for one reason - landrush and drop game RRP access. The so-called registrations they get are chimp change.

That statement is irrelevant -- registrars aren't in violation of any contract terms with ICANN. I can't register a domain name via AOL or Amazon.com's registrars

What is relevant is the following: Yes or no, is registry LOAD still an issue?

I agree, that statement was based on what you were expected to say next :)

I agree with this 100% except I might word it a little different. Just look at what's going on right now with POOL and other greedy SOBs. Verisign is pulling out their cards now and will be playing hard. We're in the final stretch folks.

Weren't those statements made a year-and-a-half apart? That's like 15 in internet-years.

Why is Netsol always saying everything that doesn't go their way will threaten the internet? They tried this lame excuse with the sex.com case.

Hopefully Pool, Dotster, Godaddy and Enom will sue them for that rubbish as well as stop WLS

I have a feeling that Pool will be the target and possibly sued by other registrars as well as individuals. If anything is anti competition it's their business model. Others are just simply doing what they have to do in order to survive....for the time being.
