I think they might go ahead and implement it, with or without ICANN's blessing. But what do I know!

yes it will, the cornered dog is verisign and it will bite the food ICANN feeds it......hmmm or is it the other way round....there is something to think about !

Verisign hopes to get a 700% increase in revenue with WLS, so when the stakes are that high, what choice do they have?
