I am only familiar with 1 wordpress theme where I can use pages as opposed to posts in structuring the entire site (www.wpremix.com) unfortunately it is really buggy

Anyone else know of any other ones or maybe even another free cms solution that is just as easy to use as wordpress?

Thank you

Why do you want to use pages as posts?

The WP code can be customized to not include the posts; then you simply add pages. With regards to other free CMS software, there is joomla.

Acro, how would I go about doing that? Is there a theme that makes it easier like wpremix?

Go to your WP menu, then select Settings/Reading. Check the box that says "Front page displays: A Static Page" and select from the list of existing pages. You don't have to have "blog" posts.

Yep, I've done this with a few sites. It works will and doesn't seem as "bloggy".

You can actually use any wp theme with only pages, go to settings then reading and then select the static page that you want to be the main page

Ok I think I managed to do what I needed however I need some opinions on something.

I installed wordpress on a subdirectory and have it iframed on one of my pages. It was the only way I could get something like this to work. I could have had it all custom done or integrated somehow but that would have cost a fortune. Do you think a regular internet user would notice it is iframed and would it affect them somehow?

Want to fix that link so people can see your site?
