Wordpress Vanity Email plugin - anyone know where to get it now?

So Ian Clarks wpvanityemail.com was offering it, and now the site is dead. I would like to get this or another one that does the same function. Anyone know where to get this or another one like it???

Interesting, I always just used gmail for domains, but they raised the costs. I am grandfathered in though.
