WordPress's domain registrar service is really terrible

I wanted to transfer two domains to WordPress, but it kept saying that the transfer wasn't possible.


I confirmed with SAV that the domains were unlocked, but despite reaching out to WordPress support three times, they kept insisting that the domains were not unlocked.


So, I decided to transfer the domains to another platform instead. Now, the transfer has been successfully completed.

Huhh.. Sad to hear your experience.. I will forward this link to their domains team.. I don't think they will reply here, though most definetelly will have a look.

Do you have a ticket reference? .. don't add anything else, just a ref. to the support ticket.
