World Cup is associated with more than just soccer. The National Hockey League is having their World Cup in Toronto next year and the World Boulder Association has their World Cup in Toronto next week. Lots of ancillary uses for the name. Then there are the hack opportunities with the .to domain. I could see a country using it like WORLDCUP.TO GERMANY or WORLDCUP.TO ENGLAND etc.
