I'm surprised at how few visits they are quoting:

With more than 73,000 uniques over the past 17 months, this is a great buy.

That works out to less than 150 uniques per day. Plenty of regular NNN.com names get that much traffic, and my NN.com, which is not as good as 70.com, gets much more traffic than that.
