Would you pick up Geo Domain with 300 local monthly searches?

I am looking to buy few Geo domains and doing some research with GoogleAdwards (exact match) GEO+keyword ..

Is it worth picking up (no matter the length of the domain) with 300-400 EXACT (local monthly searches?)

I've sold several geo+service .com's that didn't have any monthly searches.
They still sounded good, and were great for marketing materials.

I had to seek out the buyers though, instead of waiting for them to come to me.

If it is 300 exact monthly searches ie: [geo+service] I would definitely buy.

there are other services that yield higher numbers when padded with the "geo" - i wouldn't pick it up unless its at least over 1,000 exact match
preferably 3,000

for the "geo" make sure that you select the Country
