If you have intention to develop the site, keep it. It is a good name. Traffic is extremely low and will not pick up if you only park the site.

The income does not pay for the renewal fee, so if you don't want to renew, you might wanna try to sell it of here to someone who wants to develop the site.

problem is that the renewal is like 20 bucks most places, so I am not sure if this name will cover on that. It does however appear that the traffic is sloooooooooowly increaseing, so that mat not be a bad thing. But as VisualDigits said, it might do better as a real site then as a parked page, however I am not sure who would want to buy based on 80 odd hits that made 5.00 in 4 month or so.

Personally, I would keep it. It has some revenue, and maybe not enough to cover the reg fee, but with the increasing traffic, it's very possible that you will make up any money lost. All depends on if you are relying on it to generate traffic itself, or if you have marketed it in any way. It doesn't appear to be indexed at all in Google, so if you can manage that, I think traffic, and your revenue might pick up.

Developed it would be a nice domain most definitely.
