Reminds me of Sharks in Seaworld, Orlando.

If you're ever there - I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner. You're sitting in a 40's club style restaurant (where all the seats have a good view of the stage) but the stage is a huge aquarium full of sharks.

You'd never think that watching hundreds of sharks swim by as relaxing...

It's probably not glass. At Seaworld they have something like plastic or an acrylic (they have a display just on what holds the water out of the tunnel that goes under the shark exhibit - it's only 1" think but can withstand tons of pressure (I think the exhibit says 4 adult elephants can be supported on a section 1 foot wide?). What they use is about 2" thick there - probably very similar in this one.
