I am selling a very popular Assassin's Creed fan site. Assassin's Creed is available on Xbox 360, PS3 and will be headed to PC in April. Assassin;s Creed 2 is under development and the trilogy game is planned so this site has many more years of life.
I would say 90% of this site's traffic comes from search engines. I have done a poor job building backlinks from other sites, so thats something the new owner should work on.
I get most of the content for the blog by surfing the Assassin's Creed forums and Google news. It's very easy to write a couple of posts. You don't have to play the game to own this site. You can find plenty of screenshots and videos on the internet to post.
Revenue is earned from Google Adsense and is about $30/mo or $1/day. I recently added a Valueclick skyscraper to the sidebar at also makes about $5 a month.

The domain is regged at namecheap for a free push to your account. Domain doesn't expire till September 2008.
The site is hosted on one of my dedicated servers. It uses about 20 gigs of bandwith a month. The bandwith is high because the site has a lot of Assassin's Creed wallpapers on it and people are constantly searching and downloading those big files.
