1) Unique domain.
2 keywords domain which is easy to remember and very brandable. You can find the site in my signature.
2) Unique design.
The design is custom made and unique.
3) Unique articles.
All the articles are uniques and you will get full rights to it. I think 2
posts only are webmaster news posts and not unique.
4) Unique rankings.
This site is ranked in google for many keywords such as "Webmaster", "webmaster blog"...etc Pm me for full rankings details. Here screenshots about last month traffic stats:

I have also paid to get it listed in many paid directories and bidding directories. I did not keep track of what paid links I bought because its many. Also, all the links that are paid for are permanent, which means its not expiring ! I have also bought hundreds of posts in blog networks.
8) No income generated.
I did not try any ads on the site. Many webmasters on forums offered $15-30 for posting their articles but I never went with it because I knew it would turn into another "paid posts" blog and lose its rankings. I needed the cash once so I posted 2 articles for others and got paid $20 per article. I recieved emails from companies looking to advertise on the blog but I never replied "mostly hosting companies". I have placed an affliate banner 2 weeks ago but no sales generated yet.
Why im selling !!?
The last thing I wana do is sell this website but I simply need cash to pay some bills and help a friend.
