Get some kind of TM on it. Any kind. I believe that it can't be WIPO'd if there is a conflicting mark on it.
I can't believe David Thorton thinks they just might not want it.
They obviously spent millions in court to get wrestling not to use that name.
They may be willing to spend alot to buy it rather than spend all that time in court.
If anybody bothers you beatz, I would be sure to refer them to an American attorney. The attorney can offer them a settlement if they want it.
You may have to spend some bucks trying to keep this.

You spelt my surname wrong!
I think it is quite probably that the World Wildlife Fund might not want wwf.com. The main aim of their lawsuit against the former World Wrestling Federation was to get them to change their name and branding to remove the conflict over the 'WWF' trademark. They felt that wrestling was damaging their image as a charity.
If a third party had the domain name, as beatz does, and it wasn't used for wrestling then they might actually be happy with that. After all they have wwf.org and WWF in terms of wrestling no longer exists. The aim of their lawsuit has been realised.
You might like to check out who owns wwf.net. It's not the World Wildlife Fund.

Sorry Mr. Thornton.
Try pointing it to amazon.com or something and see if it picks up any revenue. This is obviously generic enough and if people want wrestling books then they will find them.
