What do you think I should sell this site for:

NameBarn.com located at http://www.namebarn.com It is an existing site, developed but not fully finished, gets a little traffic, not much as it has not yet been promoted or accepted into search engines yet. Someone wants to buy it but says he can't afford the usual prices, but I don't know what the "usual" prices are for sites like this.
Can anyone help by giving their opinion?

the site is ok, the name is really bad. Base your price on the web-design and site, not the name.

Thanks for the feedback doberry.

Opinions really do vary. I actually really love the name myself and so far it's been the name that persons have been interested in more than anything.

I kinda like the name better than the design...just my 2 cents.

Good luck with it.

the name is fine. brandable. The site looks colorful, sort of crowded, but looks fine overall.

The domain has been hit with what looks like a Google pr0 penalty

Google what?? I'll have to go see what that is, should be no reason for any sort of penalty that I can think of.
