"Pharmacy" itself is very valuable. Most pharmacies are on the ground level or basement of hospitals or health centers. You just need a large, busy pharmacy (ie wealthy) on the 4th floor of a complex in need of a domain name. The 4thfloor pharmacy will be pharmacy4.com. That was all I could think.

Yep, sorry but I don't see any value either. Why 4? I could just as well been 1, 2, 3 etc.
