Yahoo "quality_block"

I have moved a large portion of my names away from Parked and am using SmartName. Many of the names parked at Parked were designated as "quality block" from Yahoo. Does anyone know if this situation is permanent or will Yahoo change their designation now that there is a change in content at these domains? Providing of course that the content is of sufficient "quality".
