Now today, no new auction and the domain is registered private

What goes on there at namejet?

Not even an appearance of proper decorum

It was reclaimed sometime ago and NameJet just noticed it. If you look at a lot of the domains on NameJet, a good deal have been reclaimed but are still listed on NJ.

actually, it appears that NetSol just decided they want to keep this one. The account that it is in is a NetSol corporate account....
