I will use it less. Around my 7th try it occurred to me it was a dreadful task. I gave up.

With Pool.com looking so appealing now I don't think Snapnames should alienate users.

Im sure others are having these feelings.

There may be a better way for them to get the same result. However, Snapnames had to do something. They were being used by everyone as the shortcut to finding most of the desirable expiring domains. As such, Pool was using Snapnames to fuel Pool's fire. I did not like receiving emails from Pool telling everyone to get a Pool bid in on names that I had Snaps on. "Hot List"

From the Snapnames Multiple Name Search:

"Multiple names entered here will always indicate the SnapBacks are available to order, whether or not they are actually available. The invoice page will indicate which names were successfully ordered. This prevents automated programs from obtaining access to information."

The problem is that I would use the info of which Snaps were available to help me decide which names to Snap. Now I have to check them one by one.

pool has been slipping these past few days. i had about 40
domains on their list this week and they got 0.

everything else was picked up by either snap, nw and buydomains

I see myself using Snapnames much less now after the changes. I'm a long-time account holder and don't want to add 50 names at a time, through several invoice sessions in order to find 5 or 10 new available backorders.
