eBay has many. The sellers are very generous. With their high listing price, they are donating high listing fees to ebay.

Remember that it costs the same to create an Ebay auction at $22,000,000 as it does to create an auction at $35. Assuming the item doesn't sell, it costs less than $5 to list an item at any price over $25 or $30.

You see many people asking $10 million plus to get their name some attention and they end up asking for only a couple hundred to sell outside Ebay.
