Your sales techniques/daily routines

about how all actively you market your domains. I've gotten lazy lately, but there for a while I was on a bit of a roll with buying & selling mainly .ca domains. It'll never match the .com's of course, but I was happy.

So - what sort of sales techniques do you prefer? Email only? Telephone? Fax? And what sort of daily routine do you have when trying to sell your domains? I'm asking because I need to get motivated again!

I don't really do anything. If I need money quick, they go to eBay and I usually get $10 for them. If I don't need money, I will park them and wait for someone to offer me something. That usually happens through email, then it goes to fax so we can sign papers agreeing to all the terms.

You must just have better names than I do! lol I seem to have to really get out there and sell, sell, sell!
