doesn't seem like a positive phrase to build on

however, if it was focused on the incarceration of youths, as an informative site.....then I could see applicability
even so, such a concept would fit .org better.

as for value,
in reseller market, not worth much.
for the end-user, even with above idea, how can they monetize it?
