Y is one of the weak letters of course (only a handful of words that start with Y), so I would say around $500.

Quite the ego. Calm yourself. Just because your purchase price exceeds it's appraisal doesn't mean the poster is necessarily wrong.

Nonetheless, I'm thinking $2500, if not a tad more for this domain.

Why would ypu.com be worth more than let's say $500? 3-letter .coms with q, x y or z have repeatedly gone on Ebay for $150-$250 this year. ATY.com was only bid up to $204 on Namewinner last week(before it was renewed 2 months after expiration).

P and U are decent letters but the Y severely limits the number of entities that could use it. I'm not saying a higher figure would be wrong, just wondering what the rationale would be based on sale prices of similar domains.

US$200 to US$300 for resellers. ( If you want sell soon)
US$500 to US$1,000 (Fair price)
U$1,000 to US$2,000+ for site builders. (Rare case)

.net -> Pro reseller
.org -> Active site
.info -> Active site

I think not so easy to sell over US$1,000, but you have chance.
If I are you, I will keep it.

I agree $500.00 on a good day.

OJS.com just sold on Ebay for only around $750.00 and this name has obvious pull. O J. Simpson

IMHO

ypu is also a typo for YOU.... not that many people are going to you.com.

I would say in the area of $500.

... i dont know... the Y kills it i think, but hey, you never know.
