I don't really know about appraising domain names, but you asked for thoughts, so I'll say what I think.
Unless it's a niche market that I've not heard of, or an unusual kink, the idea of zombies having sex doesn't really appeal to me. I was always told the shorter the domain name the better, and yours is a 10 letter domain name, so I'd think that was another negative.
Lastly, I believe there's a lot of pressure on ISP's these days, to outlaw porn sites, so I doubt it would be in high demand.
I think estibot appraisals are a waste of time.
As I said, I don't know much about appraising domain names, but from my limited view you'd be lucky to get back what you paid.
