Registering a Nameserver at NSI???

Does anybody know how to register a nameserver at NSI? I have searched the site with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

This is one of the biggest pains in the ass - as with everything else from Network Solutions

You must be the owner of the IP to be registered! In other words, your WEB HOST has to apply for it. Contact them with your request.
