Sorry, I don't see any worth more than the reg fee. They just look like words or combo of words and a number thrown in that anyone can make, so resale would be zilch. If someone wanted a name bad enough like these, they could easily make up their own. On personal value, if you plan on developing these sites, then more power to you, the value then would be all really in how you perceive them and what you want to do with them.

Man domains are starting to get real nasty and horrible. Good domains should start going up in value soon, cause there are just no more left. :)

I think there are plenty left... they're just not "obvious", and not ripe for valuable "speculation". People tend to buy speculatively on obvious factors of popularity, but I find that if you start from a business "need" you can find plenty of useful domains still unregistered.

I agree that these domains do not have any inherent value in them. "LetsChill.com" is interesting, but I see that as the name for some inner-city community service that will probably use the .org and like it. As such, as a speculative purchase, I think its not a good candidate.

On the other hand, I have no doubt when working with a company to bring them online, that we can find a suitable domain name for their business without having to approach a domain "bank".

Most of the horrible registrations in my opinion are speculation gone bad. Speculation often involves a healthy dose of imagination balanced with hard data. Sometimes an imbalance in the mixture causes some bad choices.

A domain I wanted to register years ago became available at the beginning of the year. It was for a business venture, and I wanted to call it WebFactor. WEBFACTOR.com doesn't really have inherent value, but it is clearly an interesting name. UltimateSearch certainly thought so...

Sigh.
