Are you sure no-one ever owned it before?

Is there any way of being 100% sure that a domain was not owned by someone some time during the past?

it's clear now, but it's just showing it in the blacklist history

Where can I find if a domain of mine has been blacklisted.. is this service free?

whois.sc shows I'm the only record..even domains that have been dropped and deleted show up on whois.sc.

OK. This does seem strange then.

whois.sc-it says "blacklist status" right below the IP Location info..it shows if its clear or not..and blacklist history (if any)
whois.sc checks for IP addresses in the spam databases. I don't believe it has anything to do with a specific domain in particular.

What nameserver is it on?

Shared servers may often beblacklisted.

GD's entire servers are blacklisted ????
it doesnt look that way from this end.
I dont use GD a lot, but the ones I have there forwarding to their nameservers are 'clear' in whois.sc

this is realy weird.
so, let's try to find a common denominator.

do all your blacklisted domains forward to secureserver.net?
(Y/N)
?

are the 3 related in any way (same type of name etc...)?
the above is probably the key.

it looks like they might have been owned by the same owner (I know you checked whois.sc for previous owbership, but it is not flawless).
the 3 names must have something in common. older location, older owner, same older server before resolving to secureserver...

wow. this is weird.
never seen it before like this.
I had one blacklisted on whois.sc that showed no history.
I took the next step (which you should as well), I went to archive.org , and guess what? nothing...
then I searched on google for the exact match "example.com"
and bingo, I found only very few references to that domain. it was at some point being used on usenet groups as an email by what apparently was a spammer.

other than that, I really cant think of anything else.

itsnt it too coincidental that so many names you are finding were blacklisted on March 7th?
are you sure there is no relation between them?
I dont see many GD blacklisted domains at all
