Yes, I think it is, and it implies (in, perhaps, the shortest way
possible) that the site is intended for tourists/visitors, and
that it offers an easy-viewing format.

Value is rather difficult to say, but I wouldn't be surprised
if it sold for US$1,000 to someone who likes it.
