My sites have been down for 48 hours, and there has been no communication from 1and1. Nada. Poor customer service reps. are told to tell us they are aware of the problem. I have vehemently suggested communication with its clients beyond forcing them to call in themselves!
Anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with this? Anyone had issues like this with other internet hosts, and what was the approximate time line? Any feedback is appreciated.
