I am no expert on numerics, but I had the option of a free gratis .com with my new hosting package and on searching expired domains on dotcenter found this one.

I know that 0845 is a special area code, leased lines number in the UK market, would that have any impact with 20845 for an enduser?

As it was expired and not renewed, chances are it is little value?

There are much worse domains to register in my opinion.

If I were you, I would hang on to it for at least a year and see what happens.
