THE ISSUE DOTCOMCOWBOY IS THAT YOU ARE NOT A MOD AND THEREFORE YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE IT UPON YOURSELF TO POLICE THE THREADS AT DNF...PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
+++++++++++++++

THAT'S HOGWASH. ANY MEMBER SHOULD BE FREE TO COMMENT ABOUT APPARENT ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

Apologies for adding to the debris that this thread has become, but people here are intelligent enough to make their own assessment on names. I suggest this thread be scrapped so that the seller can relist his name.

Wrong! The mods are not the courts, and will not be the ones to decide if this misspell is actually infringing. Thanks for messing up the sales thread. Sorry DotLeader.

If the Mods do not speak out against apparent illegal activity on this board they are simply not doing their job.

If you harbor a den of thieves, do not be surprised when DNF gets sued.

Why is a Mod kissing the backside of a cybersquatter?

Is DNF becoming another AfterNIC?

Thread closed. DotComCowboy, please READ the rules, and consider this a warning. You are not free to post your opinions in a sales thread, and you are not the one to decide if this name is illegal, as you posted. If you don't like the name, don't post. As always, buyer beware, same as ebay. This name "may" have issues, but it may also be free and clear. Don't tell me you have never seen a company try to name themselves similarly to a competitor? YOU are not the courts, and YOU don't get to decide if this name is in violation of TM law.

Dotleader, please feel free to list again, and if there are any interruptions, measures will be taken.

Thanks
