Yes but usually if theres a reserve less people will want to bid on it.
So sometimes its better not to to attract more bidders

To my experience most affiliate programs, at least most networks, approve affiliates manually.. And many of them are quite picky with approvals.

Did you hand over the domain? you didnt have to! as long as it wasn't developed ;)

All this proves to me again that what's trash for one may be gold for another, that domains have no intrinsic value, that there is no way to set value standards, and that there is no domain industry but a domain casino. A given domain may be sold for $10,000.00. Then resold for 1,000,000.00. Then, the owner could get bankrupted and his assets (domain included) seized. Then the domain could be resold for any price or just expired. My experience is that many people (if not everybody) want to get the most out of their portfolio with the least investment. If I want a domain, I must pay their price or forget it. Hard, but logic. The game goes on.
