My client told me his domain,92.com,was stolen and transferred to moniker and parking in a site,I have contacted the both side registrars and my lawyers in China and USA and hope anyone doesn't offer the domain,we would be very grateful to people who can help.

I also recommend that you send a formal letter and email regarding your claims to concern registrar to hold the domain.
