How did you pay again ?
What are the domains ?

I think in the future banning someone so quick isnt always best, I know I helped many get stolen names back etc then the theif was banned. Always best imo.

i pm'ed mods concerned that the complains should be resolved first before ban- but they seem not to care much

1. The ban is a temp ban (14 days)
2. The ban is not a result of this transaction but from his attitude and some other transactions.
3. He did confirm he has YaaDoo contact info before I ban him.

I agree banning him gives him more time with the money ... this is unfortunate for the buyer. 9mm also said he will be on vacation... hope you 2 get this solved...

You should contact him directly by email used in WHO IS profile for his domains. Keep us updated.

I paid him via email transfer from bank to bank. Since we both live in Canada and he doesn't accept paypal.

BTW I told him my info a couple times already.

Here's a screenshot of one time I told him on msn on Feb, 6th.
Maybe he forgot, so I won't hold him to it.

But again I would just like to have a refund. This is too much of a mess and I just don't want to deal anymore. Just a refund.

i think its a big mistake to ban one of the parties involved in dispute before resolution, but good luck with getting your mones back

Well for someone who doesn't use paypal he was definitely insisting on using his "friends" paypal for our transactions. And when I refused he then wanted me to take money from an unverified paypal account from someone on here that I have no clue who they are.

I stayed clear of the deals and very glad I did.

you need a C in the middle to start that one.

Because the other thread got too messy the mod closed it and recommended me to open another new one instead.
So here it is.

Sry I just woke up not too long ago. Unblock me from msn pat. There's such thing as an msn block checker you know?

may be you can contact your bank and see if you can get the wire/transfer reversed? j

Then I don't see the necessity to keep chasing him on MSN. Just email him at the same address or get his phone # from the whois.

Well, he unblocked me. But apparently he's in the proccess of moving, so he said it will probably be til tmr that he will have time. :disappointed:

may be someone gave him the idea to run away with all the money he made from domains?
