There can be a section common for all members where in members can exchange posts in therir forums ,Posts vs Posts.

Like you register and Make 5 posts Ill do the same!

I think you can post request like that in the "Post for F$ forum" http://www.dnforum.com/f199/

But then in tat forum you will have to post for F$ only and not Exchanges.
