You can use these coupons when creating a new account ONLY. This means only one coupon per adwords account. You may create several adwords accounts with the same credit card, but google terms of services dissallows you to have several accounts advertising same business at the same time.
As long as you redeem the credit before june 30 you will have as long as you need to use the credit. You will receive a PM with 1 voucher number from me. Credit card is needed to open adwords accounts. they will withdraw $5 from it and then credit you $5 to your adwords account. You will receive ~$55 in total.
