Advice for contacting domain owner

I am looking to contact a domain owner that seems to have a lot of domain names. The problem is that it hides behind gmail email that he is not reading

This person is a shadow, we call him shadow domainer. He is there but he reallly isn't, he is shadow domainer.

My advice since I know shadow domainer, he is shadow domainer for a reason, shadows don't take phone calls or reply nicely to emails, since they are shadowish.
