Advices for email.to needed

I wanna develop email.to(maybe plus mail.to) as an email service, need your advices and suggestions, any ideas?
Actually, I intend to offer email forwarding service instead of normal mail box services such as everyone.net does, but have no idea is there any email service provider offer this kind of forwarding service that I may use? I know bigfoot.com does it, but I need a provider or should I do it by myself? how much will it cost me?

you might be able to find a script which will do this. also you could do it through a site that provides dns services like mydomain.com. you would need some sort of forwarding script to set up an automated site though. A modified url redirection script should do the trick (just use it for forwarding email and not urls)
