It is a minimum value LLLL.com . The .net and .org are unregistered, some not so premium letters, etc. Around the forum, you can pick up similar names in the $25-$50 range. For an end user, I always start these at $999 ish and work from there depending on how much buyer info I have.

They're not the worst letters possible (you'd be worse off with X, Q, Z, etc.), but there's very little possible meaning for the letters.
The first thing I look for is a state abbreviation (i.e. KS, MT, GA, etc.) or a country abbreviation (i.e. US, TW, UK, BZ), then at the last letter for how it could be applied to a company name with words such as "Group" or "Corporation". Thus, I always see an immediate value in "***G.com" and "***C.com" names.
To answer your question, it's nothing special, and I wouldn't value it at more than $100.
