that isnt a trademark infringement, its a fair-use example of someone stating an opinion.

i can only say some laws are strange, made by f***** up people.

Joe, don't give up. Please reply to the WIPO panel. I can't wait to hear the panel's comments on your reply.

On January 3, 2003 the panel received a communication from the respondent by email. Despite having read the respondent's remarks numerous times, both silently, out loud, to ourselves, and to one another, this panel can make no sense out of this communication, and therefore this panel has no choice but to ignore this response.

;)

Not only will you lose this case, but you'll probably lose your AOL.com e-mail account too.

I'll take the case for that kind of fee.

lol yea this would be cool to see on cnn or lat night breaking news lol

LMAO shiftlock :)

NAF has the case, not WIPO. AOL has yet to lose a decision from the NAF, and I do not think their success is the result of any provider bias. Take a look at AOL's cases.

The way their stock is going maybe they'd be more interested in
Amerioffline.com!!!

Give'm hahaHELL Joe!!

why so many cool people don't like aol?

AOL sucks. . .

Their software is like a virus. You cannot ever seem to get it totally removed.

They also try to screw up other ISPs eMail services to give them a bad name. I still haven't had a reply to the question with proof that I sent to them when they appeared to do this with Freeserve in the UK.

well, why you guys want to see aol taking my amerionline.com away? i plan to build a company to offer much better stuff.

Joe, something about you reminds me of every Amway guy I've ever met. Don't take that as an insult, your naive ambition is endearing. ;)

"jberryhill
will you please say something?"

Something.

"i think a good laywer will enjoy a challenge like this case."

I think a good lawyer will tell you that discussing your case on an internet bulletin board is a really stupid idea.

I think a good lawyer will tell you that Jim Davis of Arent Fox, who wrote the complaint, is not an idiot.

I have a leak in one of the pipes from an upstairs bathtub which is causing a water stain in my living room ceiling. I think a good plumber would enjoy the challenge of fixing it, but every one of those greedy plumbers expects to get paid.

...and, oh yeah, a plumber would have a much better shot at fixing my ceiling than an attorney would in arguing that "amerionline" is not confusingly similar to "americaonline", unless of course your name was Ameri, or something like that.

But if Howard will take it for $5,000, I'll offer you a real special deal for $4,999.75. You can use the extra quarter to call Ari Goldberger for a consultation.

haha for every fish there is a bait.

the way i fix water leak is using liquid nail.

i happened had a famous lawyer taking my case for free to against taiwan government and win the case.

i used play $5k a hand dice game daily, tip dancing girls $100 bills offten, but now simply don't have that $.

start this thread is just reporting a lose, and kill some time.

hopefully, not only my time.

is freelawyer.com been taken?

What do you expect of .com? After the first 1.1m good .com names were gone, the rest were all lost cocks. No wonder you can't even give them away. :D :D :D
