i dont think they are going to want to do anything with website promotion, but your best bet, is probably over the phone, and you can probably get a number somewhere on the site

Edit: Just look through http://www.google.com/about.html , and i am sure you will find a phone number, and maybe an email, if youre lucky, but keep in mind, they get hundreds of thousands of emails each day

the phone would be the most direct and best choice for this as pointed out because then you're speaking to a person and you know that you are being delt with but in the case of email, it could take a while, and they may just ignore you.
