Anybody sold domains registered at Melbourne IT?

Hi,

I want to sell some of my domains registered at Melbourne IT/Yahoo. But, they charge for change of ownership, which is $20. If I sell domains, should I pay the charge, or buyer?

Please help me.

Have them transfer out or do it yourself before. Atleast this way there's a year added.
