Anyone else having renewal problems?

First, they keep declining a valid credit card.

Now, I get this error:

"java.sql.SQLException: The log file for database 'moniker_V2' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space."

I emailed support over 24 hours ago with no response. Do they respond to emails at all? Do I have to call them?

I've emailed sales with a quesiton. No response for last 6 hours.

i have the same problem, there having issues with the wilma storm,
heres there responce
Due to Hurricane Wilma, our response time for support has been effected. However, we were able to fix the problem causing that error.

Yes, my issue was resolved with one phone call by a friendly person on the other end of the line.

I don't know what the problem was, or how it was resolved so quickly, but it was taken care of in a fast and professional manner. That's what I care about. Thanks to whomever was responsible for sorting it out.
