The first observation is that "recruitment" domains don't sell very often. Namebio only reports 2 this year, 1 in 2014 and 3 in 2013 where the word "recruitment" is in the ending position. While many domain sales happen "off the grid" this does give a general metric for demand.
Compare this to the word "home" which has 57 reported sales in 2015 alone.
SO...expect to wait a long time for a sale.
