the problem with this ar bs, is that folks are already too detached from the realities of the real world

and tech is just adding more avenues to escape

as the distinctions between the two, increasingly intertwine, the ability to distinguish the differences, increasingly become distorted.

just my vision...

That's the thing with buying domains like this, even if the tech does become mainstream which will take some time what will it actually be called when it comes out?

Will it have 'AR' in it? Usually these terms will be rebranded so that its simple and easy to say for the average, non techie person.

SmartGlasses is interesting and for Rick it's a safe bet.

Microsoft just filed a trademark on SMARTGLASS on January 26, 2012 and it covers (computer hardware and software for phones, mobile devices, televisions, video game consoles, media players and audiovisual devices) Ser.# 85526590

Wow, that's brilliant and would explain the purchase even more.

But let's say that SmartGlass or SmartGlasses becomes the term, which is now trademarked, what does that mean for everyone holding 'AR' domains?

Don't those names lose some of their value?

whatever you do, dont go ans register anything with AR on the front

Think about what this technology does and do a lot of research before registering any names in this niche
