Yep. I really hate this auction thing Sedo has done...pretty much only end users bidding now...which is about 1% of the people buying domains. Again, why would you make an offer so it could be locked in and used at auction as an opening bid? Just does not make sense for the buyer....makes sense for sedo.com..that's about it.
