Wanted: Service Basic PHP programming needed...

I need a couple of REAL basic PHP scripts done.

1 - Modify existing script to notify me of a new Signup/Member

2 - Enable members to eter/update their own basic information.

Also, I need a simple script that will run a clock with Real Time/Date on a single text line that can be dropped into an html page.
