Regarding your Estibot reference, a couple of comments if I may:
Estibot sucks, I know, I know

but some tips to use it:
1) pay attention to entering the domain name - BedAndBath.com (capitalized keywords) so that it will parse the keywords correctly, Estibot says
Domain Appraisal for domain name only :
USD 71,000 (probably a bit closer than many would have guessed)
2) look at the other Estibot stats, get informed, and do your own valuation:
Estibot says:

Stats are reports about past situations.
Balanced Scorecarding is accepted reflect a most recent situation, thugh it is about a situation minutes ago or before.
Stats are a probability and expectation assumption tool.
Stats are not science, although there are colleges and degrees in the field.
It does not matter how many clicks or visits there are from anybody if there is no return from it.
Advertisers pay because they Hope upon sales resulting from their ads.
It is good for the web developer, if there is more return than reg. fee.
The above numbers don't say how many people Did earn anything, or how many sales were made.
Traffic and visits are relevant for who believes it is relevant.
I can go very far in this.
It is all a mechanism of belief in a system, and wishful thinking.
Although I admit that probability studies do have lead to added productivity, I believe that it is usually very personal reasons that drive people to do things and not what people did before in similar situations.
I say "similar" - not "equal" because no two situations are ever the identical.
Wondering why the owners of BedAndBath.co.uk preferred to pay instead of suing for TM infringment.
Same thing for streetmap.co.uk who bought streetmap.com for 157k
Probably because they wisely prefer to stay popular with their audience.
The purchase price is probably recuperated somehow.
And no, Estibot does not suck.
But IMHO needs, as a comparator tool, some refinements and a user manual.
Whew ...
That's it for today.
If I'm boring, somebody say so, please.
