Best Adnetwork for proxified pages?

Hey,

Just wondering if I could get a few suggestions, what are the best ad networks to use on proxified pages receiving around about 5000 uniques a day? Also i know you cant use adsense on proxified pages but can you use it on the homepage of a proxy site, this is ok isnt it? thanks for your comments :)
