I had a wanted thread, he sent me some bad domains none of which fitted my criteria.

I sent a reply: "None of these fit my criteria, stop wasting my time."

He replied,

You wasted your time by responding. You could have save you 5 seconds by putting shut.

He's made bold death threats numerous times against numerous people, on other forums as you have seen, and in his personal blog. He writes about school shootings from Columbine to Virginia Tech, and how he aspires to do the same things. Someone had said they were going to report him to the FBI, but I don't know if that ever happened or not. The guy is clearly a nut job though and I wouldn't hesitate to report him to the police if I ever had any dealings with him.

This needs to be reported immediately. What have you got to lose? Also, I would most definitely call the FBI. Trust me, they will respond. If he made an email threat, thinking it would scare you off, prove him wrong. Hold him accountable for his actions. Most scam men are never held accountable because the honest people take the high road. I would be all over this guy.

I can't tell if it's a prison or a low income housing project. Maybe someone in NYC that knows the area has info.

When I called him just last Wednesday evening (Sept 9th) 7 PM EST after his e-mail invitation, a guy answered “could I please talk with Chris”. He said “just a minute, I’ll go get him”, he put the phone down and I could hear foot steps. In about a minute, Chris finally got to the phone. “Hi Chris DeSouza, this is Scott Petersen”, then he screamed and yelled with every cuss word he knew in English (and a bunch of India) while I, very calmly in a very low tone of voice was saying “chris calm down, settle down, chris calm…” after about 3-4 minutes he did. “chris, I want my $300 back – not a penny more and not a penny LESS” – he went nuts again for another 2-3 minutes. I calmly told him I was recording the phone call and he again for 2-3 minutes! SO YES, I could tell then that he lived in a FLOP HOUSE! Even then, I pictured like on TV, a guy behind a screen with a money pass slot. I also pictured the scene of him yelling and waking up everybody! If they hadn’t seen him on the phone it would have sounded like one heck of a FIGHT.
This is his WhoIS address: 15520 Jewel Avenue – when I put it on MapQuest, it no such numbers but clearly identified 155-20. So I really do not know… post the GOOGLE link.

PS: I did NOT really record the phone call – looking back, I wish I would have!
REMEMBER, the $300, the bad content e-mails, the phone call – I was going to just let it fade away – no big deal, I don’t have the time for the foolishness… then he sent that last e-mail, again NO big deal until the very bottom! 9/11/ sweet (written on 9-11) that was the LAST straw!

Look, i work for a company which works close with law inforcement and companies like ASACP and RTA.. i have read your thread fully and also looked at the other links. My advice is this thread has gone on to long now, you need to ACT!! if this guy is allowed to carry on the way his is being in an unstable mind he could follow through one day with any of the said threats so please report this including all the evidence you have to your local authorites and also the authorities in his state in writing with printed evidence (emails with dates, times etc) another site you may wish to report to due to nature of trade is the following: http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml

I saw a newbie in you and tried to help us both mutually. I am an honest guy. To a fault. I laid it out all for you before I went ahead. I told you, I have names that I

am losing and the partnership funds will be used to save them as well as build a portfolio based on my expertise. I made it ample clear that I had no funds. It was my expertise, my pre owned domains plus some new ones plus your invetsment. You agreed.

I don't bullshit. I make $100k plus in annual sales. So, I am in a slump and I lose my funds in the market. I say it like it is.

Now, I never saw this turnabout. And for reasons that is completely off the chart. Had I known this, I would have simply let my names expire. You chose to break the partnership. Not me. You accused me of wrong doing when the complete opposite is true. I told you, the forwarding of the site was an honest mistake. A day ols site get 0 traffic. Use common sense. What would I benefit form directing a day old site to my portal. I own thousands of names. The name got added when I was forwarding my names at Godaddy. So, you chose not to buy that reason. That is okay as well.

You had a casual question about an adult name you owned and you sought my opinion. I merely said, that I don't do adult names. There was NEVER any such

agreement that I would not place adult names in the portfolio. So you found a good excuse to get out by pointing to the strippoker names. That was okay as well.

Now let me tell you what was not Okay....

So started this all genuinely trying to help a newbie. And you chose to break the partnership. That was not a problem. But then you started to harass me with

deadlines and threats and then with extortion and defamation. This was uncalled for. That was not okay.

Go seek some legal advise on what constitutes a partnership. You annulled it.

Right to the end, I stood by the deal in all honesty. You wanted out. I agreed to pay you your investment back. What he hell? You want out. So, you want out.

But, you knew the circumstances under which this partnership was formed. You know, I did not have funds in the first place and essentially, I approached you so

I could renew some of my name with an infusion of cash as well as help a newbie benefit from my portfolio. Then you have nerve to comment on the quality of the

names you son of a &^%&. Do you realize you got them for REG FEE?

First off, what you did was illegal by trying to extort $344 from the $300 you funded to the project. You threatened me with defamation by buying names of my

namesake as well as my fathers. You put a defamatory website at http://www.mauricedesouza.com not including your blackmails and extortion of funds I never

owed you. That was not okay.

I am PUBLICLY warning you to remove the site you put up with my fathers name. Hand over my fathers domain name to me. Or else you will see my wrath. I am not playing with you. You can take this to the authorities in Texas or the FBI. I truly do not care. My fathers self respect is more important to me unlike you Americans who sleep with hundred species and barerly know who your true dad or dads are.
